Karen Dickinson - Operations manager
Karen is our Operations Manager at KSIS and has been with us for over 15 years. With a wealth of knowledge and experience she oversees all day to day operations to ensure our office runs smoothly. She is tasked with supervising employees encouraging team work, energy and creativity. Karen also ensures our business remains compliant and adheres to all aspects of FCA guidance. At weekends she enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters and energetic cocker spaniel Bailey.

Carri Irving - Paraplanner Support
Part of the Paraplanning team, Carri brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the financial services industry, which makes her a great asset to our team. Carri helps prepare client suitability reports as well as administering corporate pensions. When asked what superpower she would most like to have, she replied the ability to heal people and animals. Carri is best know for her honesty and self-reliance.

Nicola Dunstan - Executive Assistant
Niki is Executive Assistant to our Chairman, as well as being responsible for fees reconciliation and reporting. If she found herself on a deserted island, she would take wine, a book and sun cream. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Jade Swain - Senior Financial Services Administrator
Jade is our senior financial services administrator, having been with us for over 10 years she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our administration team. The superpower Jade would most like to have is invisibility, so she can hide away when need be. In her spare time she enjoys spoiling her daughter.

Katy Green - Financial Services Administrator
Katy joins us with many years experience in administration roles across the financial sector and is responsible for processing insurance provider applications, client withdrawal requests and many other essential day to day tasks. In her spare time Katy enjoys coastal walks and spending time with her family which includes her recently adopted cat ‘Top Cat’!

Anne Edwards - Financial Services Administrator
Anne has worked in the financial services industry over 35 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. Anne uses her own experience and industry knowledge to enhance and support not only the financial advisers but also their clients. Anne enjoys walking the Cornish coastal paths and taking in the sea and surrounding areas, which she says is therapeutic.

Audrey Mynhardt - Administrator
Audrey is the first point of contact for our clients when calling the office. Having previously worked for the local council for 13 years she has an abundance of experience in all areas of administration. In her spare time Audrey enjoys reading and long walks along the beautiful Cornish coastline.

Irene Channon - Administrator & Marketing Coordinator
Irene joined KSIS in 2022 having previously worked in administration and marketing for a local confectionary company. As well as preparing client review documentation and other administration tasks Irene assists with creating and publishing content, such as our quarterly newsletters, and manages our social media platforms. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, quizzes and travelling.
